Symantha Dawson

Symantha Dawson is currently a lecturer for LA&S. Her academic background is in medical anthropology with fieldwork and research on the intersection of HIV, culture, and acts of reclamation in rural communities in Tanzania. She has previous experience working with the University Career Center as a Career Advisor serving the pre-health student population at KU. Symantha also has several years of instructor experience and course development for topics around health care, career development, and more.
