Biography

As the Assistant Director for Academic Programs at the University of Kansas, Rachel develops and teaches courses that support students' career and identity development through innovative, engaging, genuine learning. Her goal as an instructor is to create an environment in which students are empowered to learn about themselves and take steps toward achieving their personal and professional goals.

Rachel holds a B.A. in English Literature (Webster University) and an M.A. in Education (Louisiana State University). She is a Gallup-Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and has completed trainings from the Online Learning Consortium and the Institute for Experiential Learning.
