Biography

Anna Neill is the Director of the LA&S Degree Program and a professor in the English Department. She teaches courses and publishes books and articles on Victorian British literature among other topics, but her research and teaching interests are interdisciplinary. Her current research project is a novel about the life of May Morris, a leading figure in the Arts-and-Crafts movement between 1890 and 1930. Anna has chaired the departments of English and Film & Media Studies, and in the past taught writing classes at Douglas County Jail. She is originally from New Zealand.
